Md. Rashedul Islam is clearly an ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated and active team member; since joining PROPLEX he has played a major role in the swift resolution of cases pending in the district and magistrate courts. By applying his experience and skills in dispute resolution process along with his sincerity and relentless effort he obtained a number of first-hand judgements, filed a number of exaction process and was very successful in final dispose of few cases. He is an Advocate practicing at the Dhaka district & sessions Judge Court. He has experience in handling criminal and civil cases, as well as cases under the Money Loan Court Act, 2003. In addition, he has experience in preparing various legal documents and handling documentation-related matters. Furthermore, he has also gained professional experience working at a corporate law chamber, where he was involved in civil law-related matters including secured his legal professional training in Ain O Salish Kendra (ASK) years back.
