Md Rahat Mahmud is an accelerated legal professional with over a dozen years of experiences. He is the founding partner of "PROPLEX" Land Management & Legal Solutions and currently serves as the managing partner of the firms. Mr. Rahat developed his expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, land management, Property & project finance, extensive legal drafting and banking law matters. As the principal advisor, he spearheaded the firms' ascent to become one of the leading corporate and commercial law firms in the country.

He is also qualified as an Advocate, enrolled in Bangladesh Bar Council though his legal career began as an associate for two leading law firms of Bangladesh between the years 2014-2018. During his tenure at those chambers, he gained extensive experience in drafting and negotiating numerous contracts, ensuring legal compliance and business efficiency. In his career he has advised more than couple of public & private banks and also financial organizations being as a skilled panel lawyer. His regular appearances before subordinate & apex courts of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, span a diverse range of legal practice along with he played a key role in the strategic growth of clients and fostered trust and long-term client relations.
