Over the course of almost 16 years of professional engagement, he has been involved in approximately 1500+ or more case studies and legal matters, contributing his professional expertise to case analysis and the completion of legal assignments.

·        Mr. Arif is an Advocate practicing before the "District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka, Bangladesh"; having extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, debt-related matters such as: Money Loan Court (Artha Rin Adalat) matters, land and property matters, Sub-Registry Office proceedings, matters before the Office of the Assistant Commissioner (Land) and the Land Appeal Board, as well as banking and corporate legal affairs. He brings deep, specialized knowledge to the firm’s most intricate cases & engaging through his experience in legal documentation and litigation, he has developed substantial expertise in providing legal services and support to corporate entities, banking institutions, and organizations involved in major national development projects undertaken by both government and private-sector entities. His professional practice encompasses litigation management, legal documentation, banking related legal assistance, and the handling of various legal matters involving land administration, property registration, and corporate affairs.
